Lockheed asked Breakthrough to develop a hosted web application that would be integrated with their existing learning program for developing executive talent.

The simulation allowed employees to execute decision-making skills that simulated real world business conditions and emphasized some of the criteria that were taught in the class.  The simulation incorporated the gaming elements of a proctor monitoring concurrent sessions and multiplayer aspects of concurrent "players" impacting the game state.
