A Letter to Our Customers

Breakthrough Technologies holds the safety of our employees and their families and our clients in the highest regard. To that end, Breakthrough has entered a state of company-wide awareness of COVID-19.


At this level, all International travel has been cancelled. All domestic travel has also been cancelled. All employees will be working from home. We have been investing in remote work processes and technologies over the past five years and we will continue to use them aggressively during this period.


We are encouraging all staff to follow the directions of state, local, and federal agencies to ensure their safety and the safety of their families. Additionally, all directors have been asked to work with staff on a case-by-case basis to ensure that no ones individual challenges will not be supported by BT during this crisis.


At this time, we have all staff available and online for conducting business as usual. We do not see or anticipate any interruption in the contracts and customer services that we provide. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
