Breakthrough Technologies is honored to have been the subject of an interview by Small Business Radio's Don Mazzella. Litha Ramirez, Breakthrough's award winning director of experience strategy and design, sat in for Managing Partner Doug Wilson as an expert lending her insight on how to find, hire and keep top technical talent in a very competitive industry. The program aired live Wednesday, November 17, 2015 and Litha, as usual, was quick witted and succinct in her responses.
In addition to the topic of skillfully vetting and hiring the best tech teams, she spoke to what it's like to be a woman in a traditionally male dominated industry. It was a terrific interview!
