We're Excited to Introduce Nada!

By: Monique Muldrow

Though Nada is fairly new to Breakthrough Technologies, she is not new to Business Analysis. She is a skilled communicator and solutions expert. Welcome aboard Nada!

Tell us a little bit about your technical expertise and how you ended up with that skillset.

I began my career as an Enrollment Specialist. Through consistent performance and time, I was given more responsibility to talk to stakeholders and users. This is when I realized that I think like a Business Analyst. Getting to the “What, Why, How, Where, When, Who” when communicating with stakeholders and analyzing solutions is what I enjoy.

I graduated with a bachelor’s in Biology and this background helped me land my first gig as a Business Analyst to assist health care organizations globally in improving patient safety and quality.
